Email christian.feiler2@gmail.com or call 303-717-6950. Please do not email face photos, medical records, passwords, Apple credentials, or other sensitive information. Include the app version, iOS version, and a short description of the problem.

Account deletion

Open Settings > Account > Delete account in Root Cause. Confirming deletion permanently removes the active account, meal and skin records, original stored photos, derived pattern records, and associated Root Cause authorization. This cannot be undone.
